Inspiration for Creativity

Nature inspires my creativity.  I look forward to a morning and evening walk in nature.
This morning in the rose perfumery I shared a moment of kindness with a little bee.

In the mornings I gather finds from the garden, seeds, leaves, berries, fruit, pebbles, nuts etc. It is dependant on the kindness of the Earth as to what it presents, the seasons direct the creativity.
I plan a heart mandala through an intuitive, creative, and mindful process.
The mandalas are an offering of kindness for others to discover as they walk through the garden, a surprise of kindness.
I teach the process of creating these pieces of impermanence. I create awareness of the environment and a connection with it. On request, I can create mandalas for sacred ceremonies.

Reflecting on Anniversary of Stand Up Comedy

It is the anniversary of the first stand up comedy performance I did in 2010.
I can remember the courage and adrenaline during those performances.
It confirmed the importance of being in the moment.  The best pieces I created were improvised.

'Love is all there is' third Anniversary : A book I wrote and published
